-The tour is not recommended for participants with heart complaints, pregnant women, or other serious medical conditions.
- All riders that participate in the tour should have a moderate physical fitness level.
- All riders that participate in the tour must be able to confidently ride a bike. In case that you book a tour for more people you have to ask them all that anyone can ride the bike confidence.
- During the tour, we ride some offroad segments.
- We have bikes for people with a minimum body height of 150cm and a Maximum body height of 195cm.
- Youth under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
